Ms Reilly provides representation for clients pursuing a divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. Ms Reilly will provide assistance negotiating and drafting of domestic contracts (including cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements). Ms Reilly practices in the area of child protection and can assist clients at any stage of their Children’s Aid matter. Legal aid certificates are accepted.
 

Estates:

 

Ms Reilly is available to assist clients seeking to prepare a new will or amend an existing will. In addition, our office prepares Powers of Attorney for Property and Personal Care. Ms. Reilly also provides assistance to estate trustees seeking to probate wills and administer estates.

Notarial services are available at this office and are obtained by calling the office to make an appointment with Ms Reilly to complete this work.
